Ray July 21, 2020 for Model Number PLCS389ECD My control pad is completely dead, like it has no power. Check power and its good, even through the power block. Gas burner igniters still work. Not sure if its the control panel or what. Is this the part that would fix my problem or is there another control panel or mother board? Thanks
1 Answer Ray, if the clock display is dead as well, the failure is in the oven control 316418731. Unfortunately, this part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available. If the clock is displayed, the failure could be in the control panel 318312242, however, the manufacturer does not provide a testing procedure for this. Joann May 22, 2014 for Model Number PLCS389CCB I have a Frigidaire 30" dual Fuel Slide-in Range and Oven. On the Control touch pad, the timer does not work, convection roast does not work and just recently when set to bake at 350 the oven has emitted signal and turned off and given an F3 error. I was able to reset it and continue baking but it took several times. I think I need a new control board but I am not sure I have located the correct part on your site.
