Joann for Model Number PLCS389CCB I have a Frigidaire 30" dual Fuel Slide-in Range and Oven. On the Control touch pad, the timer does not work, convection roast does not work and just recently when set to bake at 350 the oven has emitted signal and turned off and given an F3 error. I was able to reset it and continue baking but it took several times. I think I need a new control board but I am not sure I have located the correct part on your site. Can you confirm that my diagnosis is correct and provide part number. Do you have a video relevant to this model and repair? thanks
