Jason January 14, 2019 Dishwasher won't completely drain all the water out. Is this the drain pump or something else?
1 Answer Jason, there is a possibility that there may be a clog in the drain line or even where the drain hose connects into the plumbing that can cause the unit to improperly drain. The first thing you will want to do is check and verify that there is not any kind of obstruction in the drain pump and the drain line. Once that has been checked, if the unit is still not draining properly, then there may be an issue with the impeller of the drain pump itself. Read More...
Dan April 16, 2018 for Model Number WDT790SLYM3 My dishwasher is not always completing the cycle. After the cycle is started it will begin to drain, then you can hear it start to fill. Sometimes it will finish the cycle but things don't seem to come very clean. I replaced the control board but the problem still persists. Any suggestions?
1 Answer Dan, If the unit is working properly but does not get the dishes clean then you will want to check the diverter motor which cycles the between the upper and lower levels. Read More...
