Hi Nrivera. This is called a siphon lock where there can be a couple of things to check. Is the drain hos pushed into the drain stand pipe too far. Is there a air gap (needed) in between the drain hose and the inner sidewalls of the standpipe ? Lift up on the hose and make sure there is only approx. 6" of hose into the pipe. Try this while filling to see if it now allows the tub to completely fill . Use a tie wrap to secure the hose correcty. Use drain-o in the stand pipe and follow directions as well. Thank You.

Terry, If the dial or timer never advances(moves) then the timer 131758600 is the most likely issue. Here's some information from the service manual "Removing the timer (some models) 1. Disconnect the washer from the electrical supply. 2. Remove the rear panel from the console and the timer knob and skirt. 3. Unplug the wiring harness from the timer. 4. Remove the screw holding the timer to the console front panel. 5. From the rear of the console lift timer locking tab and slide the timer to the right to release it from the control mounting plate and pull back on the timer. Timer knob: (some models) 1. The timer knob is held on to the shaft by a locking rod that extends to the rear of the timer. To remove the knob, using a small screwdriver pull the locking rod backwards to release the knob. Pull the dial skirt straight out to remove it from the timer shaft assembly." Good Luck and Thanks
