Hello Ken, Most disposals have a hex headed tool that comes with it when new. There is a hex fitting in the center of the unit on the bottom. It is actually the end of the motor shaft. This should never be tampered with while power is available to the disposer. If the motor starts spinning with the wrench in place it can seriously injure you or anyone in the room. This is used to turn the motor and blade assembly and is commonly used to remove silverware, bones, etc., from the blade assembly.

Hello Terry. Sorry, but the ring WC5X114 has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. Also, there is no repair listed for the ring by the manufacture. Thanks.

Anthony, It is highly unlikely you will find what you're looking for. Disposal sink flanges are made of stainless steel, due to the weight and the longevity and safety needed for the disposal operation. Your only options would be to contact the dealer where you purchased the sink, or the sink manufacturer, and have them get you a refference or contact number, where a different colored sink flange can be purchased. Sorry, Thanks and Good Luck

Christine, If I understand your question, you'll need to order the stopper WC11X20163 , in order to get the "O" ring seal that surrounds it. Thanks and Good Luck

Anthony, You're going to need to contact the dealer or the manufacturer of the sink. They would be the people who would supply a copper or brass colored disposal sink flange. Good Luck and Thanks
