Benny January 28, 2018 for Model Number DPSR610EG8WT The plastic clips back splash have broken and I cannot get the mechanisms to stay in place to let the knobs turn. The back splash is no longer available. How do I reattach the mechanisms?
1 Answer Benny, If the clips behind the control are broken then unfortunately there would be nothing that could be used for this. The control panel WE19M1505 has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement available. Read More...
Dorothy Sasser December 02, 2017 for Model Number get washing machine mod.glwn2800d2ws The knob fell off of my machine and it does not look broken but looks like a pin to put it back on is missing. Will I need a new knob and if so, do you have one in stock?
1 Answer Dorothy, There is a clip that holds the timer in place and would be part number WH1X2117 and would be all that is needed as long as the timer is not damaged. Read More...
Beth September 11, 2017 for Model Number GTDP490ED7WS Hi! I'm looking for a replacement knob for the dryer cycle (where you choose the time or heat of drying). The numbers on the back silver part look the same on both WH01X10462 and WE01X20380 parts. Which do I need? The picture of WE01X20380 seems to have a gap just to the right of the "D" plastic piece in the middle...mine doesn't have that. It doesn't have the metal "ring" around the D. Thanks! Beth
1 Answer Beth, The correct part to order for the model number you supplied is WE01X20380 / WE01X20380 . The control knob also has the metal "insert"/clip installed and the part is ready to install on your machine. In fact the timer and the three(3) selector knobs on the console are the same part number(s). The part(s) are in stock and available at this time. Thanks, Read More...

Mickey June 22, 2017 for Model Number GTDP490GD7WS I am looking for a replacement for the Dryer Control Knob. That is the control knob for the timer. Is Part # WE01X20380 the right part number? Is it still plastic?
Tap December 29, 2016 for Model Number GTDP490GD2WS GE gas dryer The plastic surrounding the little metal insert on the timer knob cracked and the dryer won't start. I tried using the knob off another function, and it worked for a bit, but then it too cracked. I want to order replacements, but was wondering if there is a compatible alternative that is stronger (maybe not plastic)?
1 Answer Hello Tap, I'm sorry but the timer knob WE01X20374 and other knobs WE01X20380 are all made of plastic for this model. If the timer WE4M527 is that hard to turn it indicates that the timer has an issue and should also be replaced. Read More...
