Elvis, Yes, there are different sized burners, usually 2 - 8" burners and 2 - 6" burners, but there are several configurations and different sized burners. It all depends on the model number of the range. The proper burner elements with or without legs or "C" clip, is also determined by the model number. Get us the model number off the production plate/serial number tag and we can research the proper parts needed and advise you accordingly.

Hello William, This is normally caused by a bad infinite switch. I'm sorry but we will need to ask you to please post a new question including the verified model number from the units' I.D. tag since the one provided will not come up for us as a valid model number. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Ken, When a burner element comes on and remains on high and doesn't cycle off and on, this is usually due the a "bad" burner infinite switch WB23M9 / WB23M9. The L2 to H2 terminals "short" together and the switch will not cycle. Replace the switch and you should be fine. Thanks

Scott, If the ceramic around the element itself is broken, then you will not want to use the element and would need to replace the entire element. If it is the ceramic glass top that is damaged you will need to replace the ceramic top.
