Cheryl for Model Number JBP65MK4BS My front large burner when turned on goes from hot 10 to low randomly. When try to adjust temp with knob it doesnt work. Had to take knob of and spin it to finally get it turned back off. Should i buy a new element or is this another issue with the burner?
