1 Answer Bryant, For the upper icemaker. You will want to check to make sure that the ice fan is running as it will cause the icemaker to not work properly. For the lower icemaker not working, you will want to check for the water valve getting power when calling for water. I suspect it bleeds out or leaks a bit more water. Just not a clean water shut off. Frank October 07, 2020 for Model Number GFE28HSHFSS This is a french door style refrigerator with 2 icemakers - one on the bottom (freezer) and the other on the door. The top icemaker stopped working. The bottom works fine and the door dispenses water. I did fill up the icemaker manually and it kicked out cubes, but does not fill with water. It appears that the water valve in the back feeds both the water door water and the top cube try (not 100% sure of this). If true, there must be another valve down stream of the tee in the water line. Trying to isolate whether this is the icemaker or a valve.

Brian June 29, 2020 for Model Number PYE22KSKHSS Stopped emptying ice from tray. Service reset, ice maker expels frozen cubes from within. Arm still has spring attached and moves back into position when depressed and release. Water fills after cubes expelled. But does not cycle again. Ice maker is in the door. thoughts?
