1 Answer Hello Dwight, You should use a clean item, (like a straw), in the fill tube to see if it is full of clear ice. If the fill tube is frozen up, the water will never make it into the icemaker. You should also check the water pressure to the unit. If no water pressure is getting to the water valve, it cannot allow the water pressure to pass and fill the icemaker tray. Read More...

Looked as though water spout too close to water trough. Few days later, spout sticking OVER trough definitely spilling water around freezer. Is that spout (white tube) movable?
