Andy October 04, 2022 for Model Number JSP46SP1SS I have a model JSP46SP1SS GE Range. Both elements that are part of the element radiant bridge only work when they are turned up to the higher settings. I am assuming that the infinite switch is bad. Do I need to replace both switches or just one since it is part of the bridge?
1 Answer Andy, if both the left front ring and the left rear ring of the element will only turn on when the switches are set to the highest setting, the switches WB24T10134 and WB24T10119 would need to be replaced. Read More...

Charles April 04, 2019 for Model Number Chambers cook top I need 6 infinite control switches to refurbish my Chambers cook top. The switches should be able to handle 3000 watts each. The original dials have a D shaped hole so I would need adaptors if the control switch has a square post. I want to be able to operate the switch without having to push the dial in. What do you recommend? Charles
1 Answer Charles, we would not be able to recommend any parts that are not listed specifically for your appliance due to possible differences in operation. If you could provide the model number for your cooktop in a new inquiry, this will allow for the most accurate information possible. Read More...

Ron M March 17, 2016 for Model Number Cs975sd2ss GE Cafe Series Range. The front right "hot burner" indicator light glows continuously and the front two burners seem to cycle on and off to rapidly when turned to high. It now takes 30 minutes to boil water. Unit just turned 2 years old. Can you suggest problem (s) and which parts might fix the problem (s)? I am a DIYER so is this something I could tackle without too much difficulty? Thank you!
1 Answer Ron, The hot indicator light staying on would be caused by a faulty thermal limiter on the element which would require the element to be replaced. For the cycling issue, this could be caused by the same issue. on both. Read More...
Patrick December 26, 2015 for Model Number PP932SM1SS I have a GE Profile Cooktop and the front right large Haliant Burner I watched the video of the infinite switch being changed, but I am not sure where I can get the black foam take tape to replace under the glass top?
1 Answer Patrick, The foam tape WB02X26088/WB02X26088 is the foam tape that will attach to the underside of the glass cooktop and form a seal between the cooktop glass and counter top. The WB06T10007/WB06T10007 is a clear filament tape used between the glass cooktop and the flange of the burner box. Read More...
Mrs. R. November 19, 2015 for Model Number JP989B0D6BB GE Radiant Downdraft cooktop Front right Doesn't get low. Front Left Burner is not turning on.
1 Answer Hello Mrs. R. You will need to check the switches WB24T10119 for those burners. The front right switch will need to be replaced if it stays on high. And if there is no power to the front left burner, you will need to replace that switch as well. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
