Joe, On the dispenser control there is a lock button, Make sure that the control lock is not on. If so then turn off and see if the unit works. If not the then the user interface would be the issue. Part number WR55X10415.

Hello Joe. Make sure the dispenser is not locked out. If not, see if the lights dim when you try to get water or ice, if so you will need to replace the main board WR55X10942C on the unit.

Nathan, The first thing to check is to make sure that the control lockout is not set. If not then the most likely cause for the issue will be the main control board. What you will want to do is a voltage test at the main control board for power to the dispenser. On the J4 connector you will want to test for voltage to and from the dispenser. Check from pin 1 to 2 for 12vdc and from 2 to 3 for 12 vdc when the dispenser lever is pushed. If there is 12vdc at both locations then the main control WR55X10942C is faulty and would need to be replaced. If there is not 12 vdc then the issue will most likely be caused by the dispenser control board WR55X10415.
