Jim March 21, 2018 for Model Number PSCS3RGXCFSS Trying to remove the dispenser interface panel (part WR55X10785) from our GE Profile refrigerator. None of the videos we have watched online show our model. Most of them have frames around the panel. We have pushed and pulled in every direction. There are no screws to undo. We have studied the rear of the part from an online photo. We have applied pressure at the top and pulled out from the bottom. We have pushed up and down. We have tried inserting a screwdriver into the little slots at the bottom. We know if we keep applying more pressure, we're just going to crack something. Can you help?

Errol September 01, 2016 for Model Number PSS26PSTASS No power to interface control assembly. All else on refrigerator is working fine. Power to board was intermittent at first. At times when a button was depressed on the control board, the selected light would just continuously give a faint blinking light and eventually goes blank. I checked the wiring beneath the freezer and as I moved it around, I would at times get power to the interface for a short period of time. I replaced the connectors and re-wired directly but the problem remains. Changed the interface board to a new one. Changed the main control board to a similar one from another working refrigerator with same result. Could the wiring from the main control board be defective and how can it be checked and replaced?
