Frances, There would not be a video for replacing the upper and lower hinges but it is very simple to do. The first step is to remove the hinge cover which is held in by a screw at the top. Once the cover is off then you would remove the hex bolts that hold the upper hinge. Lift the hinge off and then grab the door and lift it off the lower hinge. There will then be hex bolts holding the lower hinge in place that will be removed. You will then replace everything in reverse.

Hello Ralph, The water does not have to be turned off but it is a good idea to unplug the refrigerator during the repair. The water pressure will not pass through the water inlet valve unless dispense is activated. The icemaker water is not related to the water dispense at all past the water supply that is connected to the refrigerator. Disconnecting the water tube at the base of the freezer door should only allow the water in the tube from the connection point up to the dispenser to run out. This will amount to a handful of water only. The water reservoir side is not open to atmosphere so it cannot run out.
