Tim Kolp February 03, 2017 for Model Number Kenmore Refrigerator 363.9520810 The right side door won't close properly without first lifting it, pushing it closed, and letting it drop. Without doing this, the door won't close all the way and remains open by a half inch or so. It also appears to be a bit lower than the left side door. Which part(s) would I need to repair this problem.
1 Answer Tim, You would want to check the cam on the bottom of the door and make sure that it is not broken. You would want to replace the upper cam WR2X4901 and the lower hinge WR13X10020. Read More...
Valerie Shwartz November 11, 2016 for Model Number GE TFXW27FMA I have a GE side by side fridge, quite old but working perfectly well. The reference is TFXW27FMA I need to replace the cams and hinges, and in fact all the parts that are at the bottom of the freezer door, as well as all the parts on the fridge itself that allow to hold the freezer door in place and open it ( they seem to be all broken ...) What pieces should I order? I think it would be appropriate to order the same parts for the bottom of the fridge part as well, since they seem pretty worn out I also need to replace the water pipe that goes from the bottom of the freezer door into the door itself, to the water dispenser ( the pipe broke just before the hinge). How could I proceed, and what parts should I order ? Thanks for your help Valerie Paris, France
1 Answer Valerie, The part number for the water line assembly would be WR17X10206 which unfortunately has been discontinued with no suitable replacement available. For the doors would need the bottom hinge assembly WR13X745 for the freezer door and for the refrigerator door the hinge assembly WR13X21523. For on the bottom of the door you would need 2 of the cam risers WR2X7512. Read More...

Mike May 21, 2016 for Model Number TFX20RLG I am looking at part # AP2063068. It is a lower door hinge kit for a GE refrigerator that includes both an upper and lower closure cam as well as a hinge. I do not need the hinge, but just need upper and lower closure cams. Can I order the cams without the hinge? Can you tell me the part #'s?
1 Answer Mike, Unfortunately the cam and closures aren't available as separate parts. The WR13X10020 Hinge Kit will be needed, " Bottom Hinge & Cam Asm. Can Be Used On FZ Or FF Door. Includes Lower Cam Riser (riveted To Hinge) & Upper Cam Riser". The part is in stock and available. Thanks Read More...

Del December 08, 2015 for Model Number Kenmore 363.9512711 Does the door hinge kit fit both doors on a side-by-side fridge? Or, is there separate kits for each side. For model Kenmore 363.9512711, the left side has water tubing for dispenser but the right side does not. Maybe same part anyway though? Thanks, Del

The door will close automatically, but stops at the last inch. I have almost the same exact model at my house (this is my daughters) and it closes automatically, when let go at about half way open. Is the problem the lower hinge? I'm looking at that video, now. Should I buy the lower hinge?
