We have taken the part out and the part states #B20-3A, but many websites (including yours) are noting a different model number starting with B30. We in fact have ordered this part by accident (from another site) and it definitely is not the same part and has different sized components. Do you know why this is the case? Why is your site defaulting to a different model number?

Sandra February 16, 2024 for Model Number GTW460A506WW The washer will not fill up... I have had 2 servicemen out and they don't know... One from where I bought the machine was under warranty.... Said they were supposed to fill like that.... You tell me I put 3 sweatpants outfits in (that is 6) pieces of clothes size small. Roger January 13, 2023 for Model Number HTW240ASK3WS My Washer recently wouldn't drain any water at all. If I put the hose down on the floor it will drain but only because of Physics I suppose. The pump was making a noise when I put it in the drain and spin cycle but now it's not making any noise and it will not drain. It also will not spin. Can the pump going bad cause the machine to act like this? The drum moves freely and I checked the belt and everything seems okay.

David January 27, 2021 for Model Number GTW330ASK0WW My machine has recently started to not spin during the rinse/spin cycle. It is also having a hard time agitating during the wash cycle. Should I replace the Pump Drain Asm and the belt?
1 Answer David, it would be recommended that the spin basket is rotated by hand to identify if it spins freely. If it does, the next step would be to test the main control WH22X38441C at the connection J511 using the brown wire at pin 3. In a spin cycle, this wire would be tested for 120VAC. If there is not voltage during the spin cycle, the main control has failed. If there is voltage and the unit is not spinning, the failure would likely be in the motor WH49X25376. The motor can be tested after unplugging the washer power cord and tested at the motor wire connector. From the white wire terminal to the brown wire terminal, the resistance should measure between 3 to 4O.
