Gello Rusty. On the back of each track is a plastic lever. You press those and pull out on the track to release it. The track should release and slide out with the upper rack. Thank you.

Hello Bob. There are two nearly hidden clips in the center of the rails at the back of the rack that have to be depressed. They are very small and hard to see and are inside the track itself. Press those and slide the rack out.
