• Disconnect power at the breaker and shut off water before servicing
• Pull out the upper rack and remove the rack stops/end caps to free it from the rails
• Release and remove damaged roller components; install the new kit in the same locations and orientation until fully seated
• Reinstall the rack and end caps; check for smooth, even travel on both sides

Tip: For consistent movement, replace rollers on both sides of the rack at the same time.
