Jayson for Model Number PDWT280V00SS HELLO, WE HAVE INSTALLED THE NEW UPDATED UPPER RACK (WD28X10413) AND TRIED TO PUSH THE RACK IN AND IT WILL NOT GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO BE ABLE TO CLOSE THE DOOR AND THE ORIGINAL RAILS THAT WE USED ARE HITTING THE BACK OF THE DISHWASHER. WAS THIS UPDATED RACK SUPPOSE TO COME WITH NEW RAILS?
Answer Jayson, No, the rack upper roll kit WD28X10413 does not include the upper rack rails, They aren't necessary. The kit does come with instructions, but you may have installed the rack on the rails in the wrong position. " The rack wouldn't slide all the way in for the door to close.
