Questions & Answers

For Ge Oven Temperature Sensor (Part Number: OEM9563958)

1 Answer

Alan, The sensor resistance is in range , at room temp. (1050-1100 ohms) but could be erratic and inconsistent at the mid range temperatures (1650-1950 ohms). Check the sensor harness connectons and make sure they are a tight fit, and the connectors are not discolored. Check both wires and make sure there are no frayed or broken insulation, then replace the oven temperature sensor WB23T10015, the alternative would be a fault in the ERC/Clock WB27T10605, but that's not likely at this point.
