Karen March 01, 2016 for Model Number WWA8648MALWH I have a GE washing machine. When I try to turn the knob to select the cycle(like regular or permanent press) the knob spins and does not engage unless I push really hard. Before yesterday I never had a problem. Can you tell me how to fix this problem?
John December 02, 2014 for Model Number WBSR3140DAWW I have to move the dial along in order to get it to advance in any cycle. Seems to get stuck in spin, and will keep spinning until I manually turn the dial to advance it.

Brian M. January 26, 2014 for Model Number GE WASHER WHDSR209DAWW Does this clip come with control knob assy # AP2044505? Also do I need # AP2044505, # AP3207190 or both? I will be replacing my timer # AP3883984 since my knob is partly stripped AND 2 of the 3 cycles will no longer spin out (they were the most used). Thank You.
1 Answer Hello Brian! Yes, the clip comes with the timer knob WH01X10310. Inspect the dial WH11X10033 and if the small clip or any part of the dial is broken it will need to be replaced. Thanks. Read More...
