1 Answer Sam, You need to check the heigth of the drain pipe, it has to be 38 to 40 inches high from the floor to in order to fill properly. You also need to check and make sure the drain hose is not "stuffed" into the drain pipe, or seated too far down the pipe. Also make sure there is clearance around the drain hose in the pipe. Steph March 09, 2011 Hi. I have a broken pull knob. If I twist the ring that lies under knob I can start machine, knob itself turns but doesn't grasp onto anything. The machine cycles, but has water at the end, and I think it shuts off before it finishes. I don't think it turns all the way on the inside to where it should. When I think I'm starting the machine, could it be halfway thru a cycle already from the previous wash on the innerworkings? What parts do we need?
