Jeff May 31, 2017 for Model Number GTDP300EMOWS Just replaced the timer on my GE GTDP300EMOWS with part #AP5780508. The timer won't run/tick down. Keeps running on the position I set it on. Any ideas what is wrong?
1 Answer Hello Jeff. Check and make sure the timer is wired properly and the wiring coming to the timer is good. If so, then check the cycling thermostat in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...

Can you please advise what the correct Timer for Dryer is that allows me to connect to letter F? Thank you very much,

Roger R. February 17, 2017 for Model Number dbsr463eg6ww I have had to replace the knob on the dryer 3 times within the last month. Could part of my problem be the switch?
Eric P February 12, 2017 for Model Number GTDP220EF1WW When I enter the model number for my GE dryer, GTDP220EF1WW, into GE's website, it returns with a timer part number of WE4M533. Entering this part number in your site also comes back with a timer, part number AP5780508, but the compatibility tool does not list my model number as being compatible with this part. Can you verify that your part will not be compatible with my model dryer? If not, is there a dryer timer that I've just not located on your site? Thanks
