Pete February 23, 2018 for Model Number LFC25760ST My control box fell off as a result of melting it seems. It looks like I need to replace the whole thing. It seems I need to buy several parts separately - PCB assembly display (AP4439660), case display (ap4437130), cover display (ap4437169) and decor, control (ap4439964). Do these come already assembled for my LG model? Do I need an electrician to assemble or can I do it myself if I order all parts separately? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Pete, These parts are individual but most do-it-yourselfers are able to assemble them in the unit. Read More...
Rick April 11, 2016 for Model Number LFC25760ST Lights in refrigerator won't work. I was told I need a new control board but don't know what part it is.
Teeter979 April 10, 2016 for Model Number LFC25760SB Recently my refrigerator display went out and I can no longer adjust the temperature. It's extremely cold and my food is freezing. Prior to this I had experienced the well known issue of the interior lights staying on, but just solved it by removing the light bulb. I understand that the light issue can be fixed by replacing the control board. Will this also fix the display/temp adjustment issue, or do I need to replace the display control panel?
1 Answer Hello Teeter979, This sounds like a power supply/relay issue on the control board 6871JB1423N. Read More...

Jonathan January 25, 2015 Where are the 2 screws on the display panel on a 25760sw? I have the 2 tabs out on the rear of the assembly but cant find the 2 screws referenced in the previous answers. The 2 tabs are out but it wont move other than that and I dont see any screw heads.
1 Answer Hello Jonathan, If the model number you have is LFC25760SW, the light lens has to be removed and the retaining screws are threaded up toward the ceiling. You may have to lean in and look straight up to see them. Read More...

Terry April 12, 2012 for Model Number LFC25760SB I read your answer to Vic in regards to replacing the circuit board. I did disconnect the lamp sockets but it is still very difficult to remove the board. My worry is getting the new one back in without damaging it. Does that housing come apart from the control box? I don't want to break it by forcing it.
1 Answer Terry, The instructions sent to Vic, are right out of the service manual. Once you have the assembly disconnected and down , you do need to be careful, releasing the tabs that hold the board in place on the control assembly., as long as you're careful you should be fine. Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
