Marco B December 04, 2022 for Model Number 79640021900 I’m getting an “LE” error. I checked the error code manuals and it suggest replacing the rotor position sensor 6501KW2001B. Is there any other part compatible with that like 6501KW2002A?
1 Answer Marco B, Based on the model number provided for your machine the RPS sensor is part number 6501KW2001B Read More...
Leon September 27, 2022 for Model Number WM4270HVA What is the part number for the rotor position sensor and wire harness for WM4270HVA washer?
1 Answer Hello Leon, The harness is 6877ER3003B and unfortunately, the RPS is not available individually. As per the manufacturer, you will have to order the motor stator winding 4417EA1002Y to obtain it. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...

Mary August 12, 2021 for Model Number WM3570HVA Hello, my washing machine doesn't spin and shows the LE error code after a few minutes of working. It looks like it doesn't have the force to spin ...
1 Answer Mary, Inside your unit there is a tech sheet that you should get out and do the tests that are for the LE error code. This could be an issue with the rotor, the stator or the RPS sensor. Read More...
Bret March 09, 2021 for Model Number lg washer model WM3270CW Need a hall sensor and maybe the wiring harness, but the picture shown looks different than mine. My hall sensor has the following numbers on it 160Y2AL, next line 170218, next line PN M1A
1 Answer Hello Brett, the part number (160Y2AL, next line 170218, next line PN M1A, is the part number for the motor stator (AJB73816004) AJB73816004, there is no hall sensor listed or used on your model washer according to the manufacturer. Some front load washer designs use a rotor position (Hall) sensor attached to the motor, others use stator coil feedback to the control board to accomplish the same thing. Read More...
Louise Peterson January 05, 2021 for Model Number WT1701CV/01 I'm trying to hook up a new hall sensor/load sensor, part number 6501KW2002B and there is no wiring harness for the 5 pin. This part is similar to 6501KW2001A which you have listed on your page. I've even purchased a new wire harness, EAD62285408, and it does not click in anywhere. Any ideas?
1 Answer Louise, According to the manufacturer, this sensor assembly will not work for your unit and you will need to get the stator AJB73816004 for the washer in order to get the hall sensor. Read More...
Scott P. August 23, 2019 for Model Number LG WM3270CW We started receiving random LE codes on our washer. I removed the rotor and stator with a new position sensor in hand hoping to fix it. Our washer doesn't even have a rotor position sensor. Which means it may be sensing the load through a vibration sensor mounted on the unit somewhere. This machine is only 2 years old and we don't have any kids so we do about 4 loads a week. I'm thinking that maybe the strut that goes between the body of the machine and the tub may be allowing for too much play and setting the code.
1 Answer Hello Scott, Your unit does have a hall sensor, (RPS), but it is a part of the motor assembly AJB73816004. This or the wiring to the motor will normally correct the issue. In some cases, the main board EBR79950228 which reads the information from the RPS will be at fault. Read More...
Chuck Wistuba June 08, 2019 for Model Number 110.28102310 I recently changed the drive shaft and bearings. Now, the drain pump, which is also fairly new drains, but then the control board shuts it off, then on again. I get a LD error and the washer stops. What tells the pump to drain? The interface board? Is there anywhere I can get a diagram showing cycle times and functions?
1 Answer Chuck, The main control board will tell the drain pump to run. The part number for the board is WPW10583051 but also check to make sure that the pressure hose where it attaches to the tub is not clogged up. There would be no timing chart for this unit but there should be a tech sheet inside the unit. Read More...
