Colleen, No the dispenser would ont be the place to start for an "NF" No Fill error code. The first palce to start is the cold water fill hose and valve. Check the hose and valve screens for sediment and debris. Then consider the cold water fill valve DC62-00142G. A solenoid could be weak aand failing during the cycle, and disconnect the power, remove the top, disconnect the air tube from the water level switch and blow in the hose, to clear any debris that may have accumulated there. Thanks and Good Luck

Hi Brian. If the rinse cap part # 34001401 is not clogged or broke, then I would see if the fabric softner water valve part # DC62-00142G to allow the water to flow during the softner cycle. Find the service tech sheet supplied in a packet inside the cabinet wall. This will allow the diagnostic mode to toggle the devices and see if there are any fault codes. Let us know how to assist. further. Thank You.
