Amin November 20, 2016 for Model Number Samsung FE-R300SX When I set the temperature for the oven to 350, the display will show 350 and beep but the actual oven temperature will be only 200. We have tried to replace the sensor but it did not solve the problem. What should I do.?
1 Answer Amin, The most likely cause for the unit to only heat to 200 degrees would be that the control board is faulty and would need replaced. This is especially true it is reading that it has reached the 350 mark and the sensor has already been replaced. Read More...
Renee October 30, 2016 for Model Number NE597NOPBSR Convection/induction stove. This was purchased less that 2 yrs ago. Last week the oven won't pre heat. Took an hr and still wasn't up to 375 degrees. That has never happened. Something is wrong. What is the issue…please help? Not happy with a stove less that 2 yrs old that cost this much.
1 Answer Renee, You will want to check the oven bake element to make sure that it has continuity. If the element checks ok then the most likely cause for this issue will be the main control board that is faulty. Read More...

Ed February 22, 2016 for Model Number FE-R300SW I have a Samsung FE-R300SW stove/oven purchased in 2010. One of the bars on the clock does not light up any more (an 8 looks just like a 0). Everything else seems to work just fine. It's more of an annoyance. Is my only option to replace the whole board (AP5653324) at about $100?
1 Answer Hello Ed. Yes, you will need to order and replace the board for the issue you are having. Read More...
Derrick November 12, 2015 for Model Number FE-R300SX/XAA My oven had a bad bake heating element so I replaced it now the oven is baking but it gets too hot. So I replaced the sensor thermistor thinking it was bad, but it still gets too hot and I mean really hot. With my temperature gauge on my meter lead hanging on the middle rack until 10 minutes after the preheat beeps at the preset 350 degrees the meter read as high as 550 degrees. My guess is something is wrong with the main board. If not what else is there?
1 Answer Hello Derrick. Yes, it sounds like the main board is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More...
Nathan June 22, 2015 for Model Number FE-R300SW /XAA The control panel slowly stopped working. First it was part of the keypad, 1 4 7 0 & start button. This progressed into the whole keypad not working. I removed the back panel & the control panel & messed with the ribbon cable & was able to get the buttons working again. The entire control panel has now lost the ability to receive input. The display is still on & has no issue. I believe it to be AP5653324 on your website. Please advise as I would like to fix this ASAP, I want a pizza
1 Answer Hello Nathan. Based on the information you provided, you will need to order and replace the membrane DG34-00014B on the unit. Read More...
Andy September 29, 2014 for Model Number Samsung FE-R300SX Oven The other day my oven quit working. The range and controls work fine, but the oven won't heat up at all. It's throwing an E-08 error code. I tried replacing the temperature sensor, but that didn't work. Also, there is no voltage to the heating element. Could it be the main PCB? Or possibly something cheaper? Thank you so much for your help. Andy.
1 Answer Andy, There is a thermostat on the back of the unit that you will want to check for continuity. If there is not continuity then the issue will be bad in which you will want to replace it. The part number is DE47-20037A. If the thermostat checks ok then the control board would be the issue. Read More...
