Renee for Model Number NE597NOPBSR Convection/induction stove. This was purchased less that 2 yrs ago. Last week the oven won't pre heat. Took an hr and still wasn't up to 375 degrees. That has never happened. Something is wrong. What is the issue…please help? Not happy with a stove less that 2 yrs old that cost this much.
