If I unplug and let sit for minute, restart appears two flashes on inverter bd led then goes off. Sound like something is running internally but do not hear compressor running. Bsp September 26, 2018 for Model Number RF28K9380SR/AA My refrigerator stopped cooling after 2 years and 10 days. The first tech said that the relay switch needs to be replaced. He could hear the compressor noise for about 5 sec and then no noise. The second tech from same company said that the inverter board needs to be replaced. What can be the reasons for a new refrigerator to stop working? The display shows 84 on left and C on the right where normally temperatures are displayed.

Glenn Kleiner August 28, 2018 for Model Number RF28HFEDBSR/AA-0002 My fridge energy saver indicator On the touchpad has been blinking on and off for the last 12 hours along with the chiming. I looked at the circuitboard in the back and there was no red LED on until the motor underneath kicked on. The LED stayed constant throughout. Any ideas to the cause of the energy saver issue?

Jeff August 21, 2018 I have a samsung rs265tdbp it is intermittently working. I have read your comments regarding the DA41-00614F Assembly PCB Sub Inverter. How hot should the heat sink on this board get. Mine is getting to the point that you can't touch it. it has also slightly scorched the plastic on the wall it is mounted on. I have also checked the fuse and it is good. Is it heating up so much that it shuts down? Thanks

The compressor and fan are working. 8 months ago the same thing happened and the repair man replaced the assembly cover and evaporator and it worked fine until a month ago. We had a repair man come out and said it was the main upper control board so we ordered it from you guys and my husband put it in. The refrigerator is still not cooling and on the inverter board(DA92-00483B) the red light is staying on. Does the inverter board need replaced?

Ken June 24, 2018 for Model Number RF32FMQDBSR/AA-0000 The ice maker stopped working (producing no ice) and then about 5 days later, the freezer stopped working. This is a dual compressor model - so 2 inverters. The top inverter LED is on constant, and the lower inverter LED is off (not flashing.) Both compressors seem to be operating (warm or hot) and the evap fan is running. Everything else seems normal - the front panel is working and the refrigerator is operational. Thinking the lower inverter board is broke?
