Billh October 03, 2022 for Model Number RF26HFENDSR/AA Built in 2015. Found a large puddle at left rear of fridge. Turned off water to ice maker, no more water on floor. Waited a day and turned water back on and had a puddle within 60 minutes or less. No ice being made either. No freezing within the refrigerator and no water below bins. Had water drops on the water line that goes through the back to the valve. No water or ice dispenser in the upper door. Thanks.

David March 23, 2022 for Model Number RF220NCTASG/AA-00 The refrigerator is only months old. The ice maker shut off arm seems to move just fine but the entire assembly seems to sit too high above the ice bucket for the ice to engage the shut off arm. The ice maker makes too much ice so opening the drawer causes ice to fall out of the bucket. Is there some way to lower the shut off arm so it is engaged with less ice--is it adjustable?
