Bruce April 02, 2020 for Model Number WF337AAL/XAA My front load washer received a nd code and stopped. I checked the drain from the drum to the pump and from the pump to exterior drain and found no obstructions. I ordered a new pump and installed it, and still does not drain. I assume something is not sending voltage to the pump to run. I am looking for help on what to check next. Thank in advance for your help.

Shirley Here Again August 22, 2016 for Model Number WF206BNW/XAA-0000 I have poured liquid plummer down the drain and also ran the water hose down the drain and it seems to be fine. I just now tried running the drain hose out the window instead and the machine gets to the point of pumping the water out and it seems to get stuck. The timer doesn't change for a long period of time it just sits there not changing and after about 5 minutes or more it finally clicks off and flashes the nd code. Right after we replaced the pump the first time we tried it I heard it and watched it pump water out. But i left it and later on the things that I washed were still soaking wet and setting in water. I haven't heard it pump since Oh and the drain hose was originally pretty ucky looking inside so I soaked and cleaned it out with superclean, I am pretty sure it is not plugged up if it ever was.
1 Answer Shirley, You will need to put the unit onto a drain cycle and test to see if there is 120 vac getting to the drain pump. If there is no power getting to the pump then the main control board would be the issue. If there is power to the pump then it sounds like the pump may be faulty. Read More...
Shirley August 19, 2016 for Model Number Samsung front loader washing machine WF206BNM/XAA I just lost the whole typed out information. I have a Samsung front loader Model WF206 BNW/XAA wasn't pumping the water out so well anymore. Giving the nd code which I believe it says it is a restricted drain. Cleaned out and was all good for about another 5 months. Now it is doing it again and cleaning it out did not fix it this time. So ordered a new pump and replaced it today. Appeared to be better then it did the same thing again. Have any insight?
