Sadie W April 26, 2016 for Model Number Samsung REfrigerator RF 267 AARS The ice maker was replaced last night. A puddle of water was in the floor in front of the refrigerator this morning. The ice bin can not be removed since the new ice maker was shaken off the supports when my husband tried to shake open the bin but found ice in the bottom of the bin. The bin can open only 2 inches. The ice maker is hard to replace on the upper supports due to the small area to get a hand inside to reset it in place on the upper hangers. Any suggestion?
