I'm able to turn on/off ice icon from the front panel, turn on/off crushed ice icon, but CANNOT turn on/off cubed ice icon. No ice dispenses when the upper paddle (for glasses) is pressed. Water is dispensed when either upper or lower paddle is pressed. Ice maker makes ice, but the auger does not turn. Your suggestions for a fix will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

1 Answer Hello Shawnee. The model number you provided is not working. Make sure the freezer is between 0° and 5°. You need to check and see if there is power going to the water valve when the icemaker cycles. If so, replace the water valve on the unit. If not, or the icemaker does not cycle, you will need to replace the icemaker on the unit. Also, check and make sure the fill tube on the unit is not frozen and clogged. If so, replace the water valve and thaw out the fill tube. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Spv November 03, 2013 for Model Number Samsung RS267LABP; Icemaker DA61-02205A The icemaker (DA61-02205A) got stuck once when it was in the upside down position and I had to press the reset button. It turned right side up again and has been making ice, but it will now only flip to dispense the ice only when I press the reset button. I checked to see if the "Ice Off" was accidently pressed, but that is not the case... As long as I periodically keep pressing the reset button, I have ice; otherwise it just does not dispense them... Should I replace the icemaker?
Larry October 31, 2013 for Model Number RS2530BBP Samsung No more ice! The ice maker will not produce ice. The tray has cubes in it. The qater dispenser works. I have tried the test/reset button and nothing. Seems like the board in the assembly is bad, but I am not a freezer expert! Thanks for the help.

Robert C October 27, 2013 for Model Number RS267LASH My icemaker makes ice but will not dump. Everything seems to work correct, but the ice does not come out of the tray. When the water is let in it runs into the ice bucket and locks the screw in the bottom. I pushed the test button and the ice tray does rotate.

1 Answer John, On the icemaker motor at the bottom there is a small square button that you push which is the reset for the icemaker.
