Sarah, If you have gotten the bottom of the display out then you will need to pull a little harder to get the top out or slide something up the side, preferable to be something plastic that will not scratch the finish, to pop the top loose.

Sarah, To remove the control to replace it you will remove a screw from underneath the dispenser display. Insert a flat blade screwdriver into a slot on the left side and pull out the dispenser cover.
