Steve March 16, 2017 for Model Number FTQ353IWUX/XAA-0000 I have a Samsung Electric Range model FTQ353IWUX. The oven overheats and wires at oven element connectors burned. Wires were repaired with new connectors on oven element. Temperature control sensor was tested and reads 1093 ohms. Stove will display code E-OA. When testing oven again it still overheats. It can be set for 350 degrees and will heat past 500 degrees. Does the pcb main assembly need replacing?
1 Answer Steve, This would be an indication that the main PCB is faulty. It sounds like the relay for the bake has become defective and will need the control board to be replaced. Read More...

Pi December 02, 2016 for Model Number FTQ353IWUX/XAA-0000 The lights showing the numerals for the time have parts missing. For example an 8 may show up as a 6 because one segment is missing. I assume that the PCB Main Assembly needs to be replaced. It looks fairly easy, but would like conformation. Thanks
1 Answer Hello PI. It sounds like the PCB DE92-03045A is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More...
Paul October 12, 2015 for Model Number NE597R0ABSR/AA The Samsung oven NE597R0ABSR/AA takes about 2 hours to reach 350 degrees. Samsung recommends replacing the main board. Would you agree and if so, what is the part number? Thank you.
1 Answer Paul, It is possible that the main board would be the issue but would suggest checking the oven sensor first. The oven sensor should read 1090 ohms at room temperature of 77 degrees. If this checks ok then the issue would be with the main pcb. The part number for the pcb is DE92-03019H. Read More...
Tony July 30, 2015 for Model Number NE597R0ABSR/AA-0001 Hello again, my range oven still doesn't heat up. I have replaced the switch membrane, I was getting fault code SE and now I am getting E-27. Thank you
1 Answer Hello Tony. The error code E27 is a bad temperature sensor error code. You will need to check the sensor DG32-00002B. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
