Billy February 27, 2023 for Model Number FTQ307NWGX/XAA-00 oven and broiler do not work top burners work
1 Answer Billy, based on the information provided, the oven relay control DE92-03208B would be the likely cause of failure if the oven sensor DG32-00002B has a resistance of 1100 Ohms at room temperature. Read More...
Debbie September 09, 2022 for Model Number NE58F9500SS/AA-0000 Past several weeks Display will go on and off & then oven shuts off. Also having issues with burners. Would this be a defective control panel?. Range is 7 years old.
1 Answer Debbie, as the cooktop is separate from the control, the issue with them would be separate as well. In regards to the display, the power cord connection for incoming voltage from the wall outlet would need to be tested for a constant 240VAC from the red wire to the black wire. If there is constant voltage, the next step would be testing the main control DE92-02439F at the connection CN201 for DC voltage. If there is DC voltage present and the display is blinking out, the display board DE96-01027A would need to be replaced (part has been discontinued by the manufacturer). If the voltage blinks in and out along with the display, the main control has failed. Read More...
Jim May 17, 2021 for Model Number NE597R0AABSR The oven control shows 400 deg F the oven temperature measured with thermocouple meter shows 340 deg F. Checked sensor and within specs. 2012 oven. changed sensor? Thanks Jim
1 Answer Jim, as the oven sensor tested within specs, the failure would likely be in the oven control. To ensure the correct part number is identified, the REV number would be necessary. Read More...
Terri April 16, 2021 for Model Number NE59R4321ss Our range was unplugged for a few hours. They are repairing our kitchen. When plugged back up there was no display and the oven no longer works either. What do you think this part might be to fix it. I was only a little over a year old. Lowe's said it was no longer under warranty. Please help.
1 Answer Terri, It would be recommended to make sure that the power supply has 240 Vac to it and make sure that the power cord did not come loose. If the power supply is good then the main control board would be the most likely cause for this issue. Read More...
Donna Hyde January 21, 2021 for Model Number FTQ352IWUB/XAA-0000 If it has the code SE for stuck key would I need main board or the membrane keypad. Thanks
1 Answer Donna, The Stuck Key error would indicate a problem with the membrane keypad that will need to be replaced. Read More...
Mark August 04, 2020 for Model Number FTQ3531wux When power is restored to oven (via circuit breaker) range starts audible beeping and display shows door loc. Can't get out of this mode. What's up? Thanks
1 Answer Mark, it would be recommended that the temperature sensor probe DG32-00002B is tested for resistance. The door lock is showing due to the main control sensing an over-temperature situation and at room temperature, the sensor should read around 1100O. If the sensor tests good, then it is likely that the failure is within the main control DE92-03045A. Read More...
Jeremy November 27, 2019 for Model Number NE597R0ABSR/AC I have a Samsung oven that has a dead display screen. This happened while a self clean cycle was in progress. I have researched a few things and cannot seem to find the issue. Here is what I have tried so far and with the main display costing approx. $200 I would like to make sure that I ask to ensure that is the issue. - checked thermal fuse (good condition) - transformer to the display (good condition) - power to display (good) The only thing that I can think of is the display as the rest of the stove top and all elements work...
1 Answer Jeremy, based on the information provided, as the display is receiving proper voltage, it should be illuminating. The fact that it is not would certainly indicate that the main display has failed and would need to be replaced. Read More...
Peter April 22, 2019 for Model Number NE597R0ABSR When set to fairly high temperature, like 450F in Bake or Convection Roast mode, the oven light flickers in time with a relay clicking sound coming from the lower circuit board area. This behavior happens intermittently on its own, but can also be triggered by gently bumping the range enclosure.
1 Answer Peter, You will want to check the wiring from the light to the control board and if the wiring checks ok then this would be an issue with the main control board. Read More...
Merlene January 28, 2019 I have a Samsung electric convection oven, FTQ353IWUX/XAA, and most of the bars on the digital display are missing and last night the oven stopped working. I think there is an error report on the display, but can't really tell. After searching your website it appears I might need a PCB Main Assy, but it says it is not a match for my oven. Please help.
1 Answer Merlene, according to the manufacturer parts listing, the control is going to be DE92-03045A DE92-03045A. Read More...
Matt May 23, 2017 for Model Number FTQ353IWUX/XAA-0000 Everything works on the Range all the burners the light the clock the convection motor but when I turn the oven on it will heat up for about 4 to 5 minutes and then start beeping and I get a error code E08. I have a multimeter and I checked the elements I checked the thermometer probe and out put volts is 240. What is your best estimated guess to be the problem.
1 Answer Matt, The E08 error is a oven heating error. Here is what you will want to check. 1. Disconnect power. Open the back cover. Disconnect sensor harness from control. Measure sensor resistance :1080O at the room temperature ? If there are any problems, replace oven sensor. 2. Check the broil, bake and convection heater. Check the resistance of the each heater. 3. Check whether DLB of sub PCB, Broil, Bake and Convection heater relay are being worked normally. 4. Check whether there is any disconnection of harness which is linked with main PCB on main PCB. 5. Check the resistance of oven sensor connector on main PCB. (Normal : 2850O) Read More...
