Jeremy for Model Number NE597R0ABSR/AC I have a Samsung oven that has a dead display screen. This happened while a self clean cycle was in progress. I have researched a few things and cannot seem to find the issue. Here is what I have tried so far and with the main display costing approx. $200 I would like to make sure that I ask to ensure that is the issue. - checked thermal fuse (good condition) - transformer to the display (good condition) - power to display (good) The only thing that I can think of is the display as the rest of the stove top and all elements work...
Answer Jeremy, based on the information provided, as the display is receiving proper voltage, it should be illuminating.
