Jean August 05, 2011 for Model Number whirlpool model DU930 I took apart my dishwasher sprayer arm and the screw, there is also a plastic washer. I don't remember which part goes in first.
1 Answer Hi Jean. Are you talking about the lower spray arm? There is a split washer bearing with a lip on one side that goes on first. Then the lower spray arm with plate. Then there is the washer with the larger flat lip on top of that. Then the top nut. The Middle spray arm tube has the split washer on the top side. Then the middle wash arm. Then the rack clip assembly with a center pin on top. The screw goes into the bottom of all of this once it is clipped onto the rack. Thank you. Read More...

Ron May 24, 2011 for Model Number 665.16824400 I am trying to get the lower arm off to check if there is something in the pump, as there is minimal water pressure. How do I get the lower spray arm off?
1 Answer Hello Ron. To remove this arm you unscrew the cap in the top center of the arm. This should allow you to lift the old sprayarm off the base of the tub. I hope this info helps. Read More...
