Hello Johnathan, if the dishwasher has a full fill of 120 deg water, the wash motor is running, spray arms turning, and has full drain out, suggest you try a dishwasher cleaner first. If still same replace the lower spray arm next WP8268874.

Bigskygirl, you are going to want to check to ensure that the spray arm bearing [WP9742946] is still on the spray arm. It is located in between the spray arm and the wing nut that was replaced. The spray arm should have some play in its movement so that it can rotate freely as water passes through it but should not hit the rack as water passes through it.

Freddie, You will want to check the spray arms for clogging and damage but this issue sounds like the tank deflector or the door seal would be defective and need replaced. The tank deflector is part number WP8528862 and the door seal is WPW10509257.

Chris, Both spray arms rotate, by pressure produced by the wash impeller 675806 in the pump. and the amount of pressure and circulation is dependant on the amount of water in the bottom of the tub. You will need to check the water level( start the dishwasher and let it run for 3 to 5 minutes, unlatch the door, remove the lower rack and check that the water level is in contact with the bottom of the heating element(give or take 1/4 inch). If the water level is low, check the float and float switch, and replace the fill valve if alls OK.

Hi Jack. The lower wash arm has an upper radial bearing part # WP9742946. It also has a lower split bearing part # WP3376846. These plus the nut will hold proper clearances for operations part # WP8268873. Thank You.

Hi George. The parts that go along with this spray arm is the nylon radial bearing AP2920719, the nut AP3044194, and at the bottom there is a seal AP3044851. Hope this helps you determine which part is needed. Thanks!
