Jan November 04, 2013 for Model Number WTW6600SW2 The Fabric Softner Dispenser does not release the softner and the machine does not spin all the water out. I have to set it again on drain and spin to get the all the water out of the clothes. There also seems to be dirt backup or little pieces of black dirt on the clothes when I take them out. The machine seems to need cleaning and I noticed on the machine it says to clean the machine with bleach only. How do you do that?

If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch.
