Fred March 11, 2022 for Model Number 110.45081 401 My washer is 18 years old. It functioned flawlessly under heavy use until the spider arm broke. Getting to the spider arm obviously involved disassembling the washer so I inspected the other mechanical parts, which are good. Of course, the electronic controls or motor could fail at any time. I have sourced a used spider arm for $200. If the washer lasts another year it will be worth it, considering the washer simply needs reassembling and my labor is free. My question is, now that I have access to the shaft seal & bearings, should I replace them even though they seem OK? I saw a YouTube video in which the seal & bearings replaced came as a kit. This site only offers them as part of the rear outer tub assembly. Do you have a part # for the seal & bearings?
1 Answer Hello Fred, we carry only OEM parts, the manufacturer only offers the spin brings as part of the rear outer tub assembly W10772618. Read More...

Dan The Man December 11, 2019 for Model Number ghw9400pl1 Hello I have a world to to wear load washing machine model number ghw9400pl1. I need the P/N:WPW10269756. 8s it available?
1 Answer Dan, The WPW10269756 / WPW10269756 / 8182247 Basket Assembly has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The manufacturer no longer sells the part. We can no longer get it from any of our suppliers. There is no substitute for the part available to us and we don't know of any other source for the part. You may want to contact local parts dealers, one of them might still have it in stock. Enter your part number in a search engine, a smaller company might have it. Try eBay, Amazon or similar sites. Search by using the manufacturer's part number. You could also try a used appliance store, sometimes they have the same model or usable part for your machine. Thanks, Read More...
Keith Campbell November 19, 2018 for Model Number GHW9100LQ There is no 0, 1, or 2 after the Q on my model number inside the front door. The washer started making a loud scraping and clicking sound during a spin cycle. When I disassembled the outer tub and removed the inner wash basket, I found the spider intact, although coated in debris (mostly undissolved soap I think), but there was a thin, flat stainless steel piece that was formerly ring shaped that was loose between the basket and the tub that was interacting with the spider to make the noise. It appears to be some sort of keeper ring for a seal or a bearing, but I can't tell whether it came from the outer tub back or the inner tub, and I'm not eager to replace either without knowing where this thing came from. The bearings in the tub aren't perfect, but they are pretty smooth, and nothing looks like it has slid out of place. Any thoughts on what the flat piece might be? I can't tell if the ends used to be attached and it came apart, but that is my guess. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
1 Answer Keith, This would have been a wave washer that was up against the inner tub part of the shaft. The manufacturer has stopped using this so you should be able to run washer without it. Read More...
