Phillip, unfortunately for any electronic part that is installed, it is not returnable. There would be a parts warranty for it if the part fails within the warranty period, but again the part once installed is not returnable.

Joe,the control board you have is the correct part for your model,if you are following the programming steps as per the tech sheet that came with your ref they are the correct steps. The difficulty you are having is not that uncommon a complaint. The control board is somewhat sensitive to the speed the keypads are pressed/held/released, ( WATER-LL-WATER) when entering the beginning of the program mode.If you are reading the steps then pressing the keys one at a time you are likely taking too long. Try to press/hold/release the the keys smoothly no more then about a half a second part .Once you have the PE showing in the display the control board allow more time on the keypad presses. If your tech sheet shows different keypad steps then if you will supply your email address we can send you the correct tech sheet for your model.

Jason, your post description and the wiring diagram would indicate the WPW10312695 / WPW10312695 Electronic Control Board, on the back of the refrigerator would be the issue. The interior lights are a direct link to the power cord(so you have 120 VAC into the refrigerator). The power to all the other components is routed through the main control board. Check for 120 VAC into the main board at connector J1/pin 4 red wire, if you have the voltage replace the board.

Terrance, I would verify that the code is properly entered by following the programming mode instructions again to make sure the code was entered correctly. If it was entered correctly, all fans and compressors will come on and the proper code will be displayed.

Eric, Yes this control board would need to be programmed but would need to have the model to get the tech sheet to show how to program. Also check under the front of the unit for the tech sheet on your unit.
