For Whirlpool Washer Dryer Combo Machine Control Board (Part Number: OEM18019338)

Jerome, Thanks for the additional information. Now we know you have a bad fill valve, the hot water solenoid is stuck open WP22002437. Now that you have a new timer and machine control board. we can be pretty sure you have a loose connection somewhere in the harness connections at the multiplugs on the side of the tub under the panel or at the new control board. The timer and control board are not communicating with each other. You'll need to perform the reccomended checks we previously advised to make. Thanks.

Jerome, There are a couple of other things to check first. Remove the slanted panel across the top of the washer, on each side of the tub, you'll find multi plug connectors(1 on each side) Disconnect the upper harness and check both connectors for loose or shorted wires or pins, and the plastic connector openings for discoloration, indicating a possible short. At the machine control board, you'll need to check for a 24 Volt DC circuit at conn.P7 pin 7 (ylw wire) for 24VDC to the black wire on the relay, and conn. P7 pin 8 (pnk wire) for the same while the unit is filling/washing. If you have no 24 VDC or Low VDC that would indicate a bad timer input contact. The hot water does stop flowing when you turn the timer off, correct. Hope this is a help to you, Good Luck
