Mike for Model Number new coin op washer Hello, I recently purchased a washer but dealer (that went out of business) gave me the wrong key to open the top of the coin box to access the rod to take out the coin chute. the key they gave was the round key which is typically the type those take, but this machine has a regular looking lock on it. was wondering if you carried this replacement key. thanks
Answer Mike, Unfortunately, Keys and locks for any of the meter boxes on a Whirlpool Commercial product are only available through the local commercial laundry parts distributor, or the key and lock manufacturer ( Greenwald Corp. 1-800-221-0982 or ESD Inc. 1-800-523-1510) but make sure you have a model and serial number available when you call.
