Joanna for Model Number Wfw8300sw00 Our washer machine is coming up with the F20 code repeatedly. We've checked and it doesn't appear to be plugged. But it will do a full cycle if I run the hot water. Would it be the control panel?
Answer Joanna, If you have already checked the water valve screens then you will want to test for power at the water valve.
