1 Answer Hello Gman, if you run the service test and at C:04 the drum should be rotating, also the lower front service panel has to be in place or hold in the safety grounding switch it presses on otherwise motor operation is disabled for safety. Check wire harness connections to the MCU, the motor, and Central Control Unit (CCU). 3. Check the drive system for any worn or failed components. 4. Plug in washer or reconnect power. 5. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic test or any cycle. 6. Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor. 7. Check the drive motor for powered rotations. 8. I cancel twice and try to drain but no fix.I unplug it,plug it back and try again with no result.I check for block in drain hose,all is fine.then all of the sudden it works fine for a few loads of laundry.
