Hello Gman, if you run the service test and at C:04 the drum should be rotating, also the lower front service panel has to be in place or hold in the safety grounding switch it presses on otherwise motor operation is disabled for safety. If still no drum rotation then the MCU has failed. It is part W10756692.

Gman, Check to see if there is 120 vac getting to the water valve and if there is then replace the valve and if there is not then replace the CCU.

Hello Benie, This is usually caused by a loose connection but can also be caused by either or both board. The tech sheet instructs the following: 1. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 2. Check wire harness connections to the MCU, the motor, and Central Control Unit (CCU). 3. Check the drive system for any worn or failed components. 4. Plug in washer or reconnect power. 5. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic test or any cycle. 6. Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor. 7. Check the drive motor for powered rotations. 8. Check that the serial harness at the MCU is not mounted upside down. The wires should be to the left when facing the MCU connectors.

Jose, This issue would most likely be caused by a loose connection or a faulty main control board on the unit. Check the wiring and if it checks ok then replace the CCU.

Rebecca, The error code is a communication error between the Central control and motor control. You will want to check the following. Possible Causes / Procedure 1. Whitey, First check the "line Filter" WPW10367632. power enters the filter from the receptacle, then through the line filter. and then the CCU. If you have power out of the line filter, then replace the CCU WP8182695.
