But the 02 min. is stuck. Tried unplugging unit from wall for 15 min. tried reseting code listed else where but nothing.

Steve January 19, 2014 for Model Number ghw9150pw4 Good evening. Earlier this afternoon, I'd posted about my washing machine's door locked light being lit, and my not being able to do anything to activate the washing machine. I realize now that I was mistaken. It's not the door locked light, it's the control locked light that is lit. I can't specifically find anything on how to release this lock. There are no f-codes showing. If I push all 3-- control, start, cancel-- buttons, simultaneously, I can get the control panel to light up, but I can't change any options. How can I release the "control locked"? TYIA.
1 Answer Hello Steve. If it does not reset, by pressing and holding the lock button, you will need to replace the control board in the unit. Read More...

Andrea February 11, 2013 for Model Number ghw9150pwo My soap dispenser got clogged with a piece of paper and water poured out from the soap area. I pulled the paper out and then tried to turn the washer on, but the front control panel was out. The only power I can get to it is the Control Lock/Unlock. I'm sure water got on the control panel. Do you think I should replace the front control panel? Would this fix my problem?
1 Answer Hello Andrea, If the control board got water on it then you will want to replace the control. The control is moisture sensitive and will be damaged by water getting on it. Read More...
