The problem I have is that the display lights, and the temp lights go off and the water/ice facility’s don’t work. It initially was intermittent happening maybe for 5mins a day, then coming back on. However it has got worse and is happening for most of the day. When the display if off, the fridge and the freezer works fine. BTW I live in the UK. Do you ship overseas?

Lee August 14, 2017 for Model Number MZD2669KEW The dispenser Keypad stopped working and the night light is off, but we are able to access ice, not crushed, and can get water with the water dispense button. The refrigerator seems to be working fine otherwise. We unplugged it and waited then plugged it back in, but it is still not working. Does this sound like it could be the Control Board? I see the part number is WPL-WPW10204681 ... If not the control board, what else could it be? Is the control board easy to install?

Z August 09, 2017 for Model Number Jenn-air JCD2295KEP the panel inside the fridge does not display anything and when i press any button, the LED all show 888 across all of the displays. The refridgerator is not working. Also the ice / water dispenser does not work and when i push any button all of them light up.

The ice dispenser buttons do not work. I cannot use the buttons to operate anything. Like I said it cycles from the lock mode to water by itself. I tried to hold the lock button in to reset, I unplugged refrigerator to reset, but nothing helps. Im thinking I either need the control board or the touch panel. Thanks.

Durzy May 29, 2011 for Model Number JSD2695KES On my Jen Air side by side fridge, the water fountain failed to work. I think it is the PCB board, how can I be sure? Can I over ride the control board so that at least I get crushed ice to work for now, I hope it is not the keyboard that failed because I do not know how to replace that, I will assume it is the control board. thanks
