Bill for Model Number jcd2295kep Hello,On my jenn-air, my control panel for the water, ice, etc goes from lock mode to just water by itself. The ice dispenser button s do not work. I cannot use the buttons to operate anything. Like I said it cycles from the lock mode to water by itself. I tried to hold the lock button in to reset, I unplugged refrigerator to reset, but nothing helps. Im thinking I either need the control board or the touch panel. Thanks.
Answer Hello Bill! The ribbon cable on the back of the keyboard is what sends signals to the board. It seems that this part is shorting out and sending false signals.
