Justin S for Model Number JCD2295KES When door is open or in lock nothing works on door. which is good. but when door is closed and not on locked setting water pours out the white nozzle at the bottom front. under the express fill button. Am lost. help please.
Answer Justin, This issue would be an electrical issue and would most likely be caused the switch in the dispenser sticking or a bad control board. You will want to pull the dispenser and check the switch to make sure that it is not sticking and if this checks ok then the control board would be the issue.
